To prepare for the college entrance examination , many classmates moved out of the school's dormitory and rented a house near the school.

Pros or advantages :

1 You can have a better environment to prepare the examination, because nobody bother you.

2 It is more convenient for your life.

3 You live closer to the society.

Cons or disadvanges:
1 Safety concern.

2 You have to spend more money.

3 You can not discuss questions with your classmates.

I disagree students live out of school, because the housing conditions outside are very bad, and we always see the report about student having problems when they lived outside.
